This page was created to share the fun of Karaoke with others. Within this page, I will tell you a little about the history of karaoke. You will also find information on some of my favorite places to sing, and some great Karaoke resourses for purchasing your own disks and equipment.

A Breif History of Karaoke

Karaoke originated in Japan approximately 30 years ago. The word Karaoke comes from the Japaneese words kara and oke which translate to empty orchestra. Years later, it has become a fun and exciting hobby to people of all ages and from all over the world. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

There are a large variety of Karaoke resources on the web. I have included just a few of them here for your convenience:

StageFright Karaoke We had a great time at the Halloween Party with my friend Kevin this year! We have a great time with Kevin and his family every Thursday evening at the Silver Dollar Bar in Higgins Lake. (See Pictures Above) or visit his website for even more great pictures of the party.
